• O- → Universal DONOR (can give to anyone)
• AB+ → Universal RECIPIENT (can receive from anyone)

💡 If you’re unsure, O- is always the safest to use.

• O- → O- only
• O+ → O-, O+
• A- → O-, A-
• A+ → O-, O+, A-, A+
• B- → O-, B-
• B+ → O-, O+, B-, B+

How to Transfuse

1. Use a Blood Test Kit on yourself and the donor
2. Check compatibility
3. Donor uses a Blood Bag Kit on themselves
4. Combine with an IV Start Kit
5. Use the Blood Bag IV on the patient

Wrong Blood Type = Hemolytic Reaction

• Instant unconsciousness
• Massive blood loss (~1200 over 5 minutes)
• Can be fatal if untreated
